Areas of Focus

People come to counselling for many reasons. Sometimes the struggle has a clear name. Other times it's a quieter sense that life has become harder to carry.

Below are some common themes, but counselling isn't limited to these areas. Grief and loss, depression, relationship difficulties, identity questions, cultural adjustment, family conflict, and many other struggles have a place here too. If it matters to you, we can work with it.
